Not every site has the footprint for a machine, a container, and the hauler’s truck to service it. Vertical compactors pack waste downward into a standard front-load container or cart inside a footprint just a few feet square, so they fit where a full compactor-and-receiver setup will not.

A vertical compactor is hand-fed and typically goes behind a store, retail center, restaurant, or hotel. An apartment compactor is its multi-family cousin: it sits at the end of a trash chute or in a central collection room, taking what residents drop and packing it into a container your hauler already lifts. Can you service the compactor at the bottom of our trash chute?

That is one of the most common calls we run. We service chute-fed apartment and high-rise compactors across the metro, all brands, and fabricate replacement parts in-house when manufacturers are slow.

What about recycling at multi-family properties?
